These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Member") and 3patti Blue ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the 3patti Blue platform — including all games, sports betting markets, VIP services and any other features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 3patti Blue following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

• These Terms apply to all members regardless of device — mobile, tablet or desktop.
• These Terms are written in English and the English version takes precedence in all interpretations.
• 3patti Blue reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person is not permitted unless explicitly authorised by 3patti Blue.

To use any real-money feature of 3patti Blue, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must not register using false, misleading or third-party identity information.
• Account verification may be requested at any point. This includes identity documents, proof of address and payment method verification.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• Sharing your account login with another person is not allowed under any circumstances.

3patti Blue may, at its discretion, decline a registration application or close an account that does not meet eligibility requirements. Accounts created using automation, bots or bulk registration tools will be immediately removed.

All financial transactions on 3patti Blue are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and cards. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name — third-party transactions are not accepted.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier — higher tiers receive faster processing.
• 3patti Blue does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for larger amounts.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes cannot be reclaimed unless a technical error has resulted in a mispayment.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window for your VIP tier, contact support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit the same withdrawal request multiple times as this may cause processing complications.

3patti Blue offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are stated at the time the offer is made. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its individual terms, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts according to the specific conditions of each promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and other game types may carry different contribution percentages.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 3patti Blue reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting a bonus in a way not intended by its structure, or using software to manipulate wagering — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

All games on the 3patti Blue platform — including fish games, bingo, slots and other game lobby titles — operate according to their own individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. These general Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The platform does not manipulate results.
• Using automated software, scripts or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is not permitted.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects a game result, 3patti Blue reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.
• Any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Game history and transaction records are maintained and are final unless a verifiable error is demonstrated.

3patti Blue is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result, contact support with the game name, session ID and timestamp so the matter can be investigated properly.

The 3patti Blue sports section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other major tournaments — as well as football, Esports and additional markets. All sports bets are subject to the following rules in addition to any market-specific rules displayed within the sports section.

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the member except where a specific cash-out option is available and active on that market.
• Bets placed after an event has started on a pre-match market may be voided at 3patti Blue's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Network delays from your end do not entitle you to late-acceptance claims.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in the affected bets being voided regardless of the outcome.
• For cricket markets, the settlement follows standard industry rules for the specific format (T20, ODI, Test). Matches abandoned or reduced due to weather are settled according to official match result where one is declared.
• 3patti Blue reserves the right to suspend a market at any time, including during live play.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per member, based on account tier and market type.

The 3patti Blue VIP programme is available to all registered members automatically from account creation. Points are earned on qualifying wagers and accumulate on a lifetime basis — they do not reset. Tier progression is based on total lifetime points.

• The five tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses within the calendar week and credited every Monday.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme does not carry a wagering requirement.
• Reload bonuses, priority withdrawals and other tier benefits are subject to the terms stated within the VIP section of the platform.
• Personal account managers are assigned to Gold tier and above members. The account manager provides direct support and is not a mechanism for requesting exceptions to platform rules.
• 3patti Blue reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, cashback rates and point thresholds with advance notice to members.
• Points earned through bonus wagers may carry a different weighting from those earned through real-money wagers — see the VIP section for specific rates.

3patti Blue takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is entertainment and should be approached as such — with a personal budget and time limits in place. The platform provides tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis from account settings.
• Session time alerts can be configured to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.
• If you are concerned about your gaming habits or those of someone you know, use the self-exclusion feature or contact support directly.
• 3patti Blue will not contact members who have self-excluded with promotional materials during the exclusion period.

3patti Blue reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Multiple account creation.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform features in ways not intended.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity beyond 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance — including winnings generated during the period of breach — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to member conduct, the available balance will be returned to the member following any outstanding verification requirements.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests take effect within one working day.

3patti Blue collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming monitoring.
• 3patti Blue does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and verification service providers strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions or verifying your identity.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you by contacting support.

3patti Blue aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• 3patti Blue is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed betting windows or game sessions interrupted by connectivity issues on either end.
• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a verified server-side fault, the affected stake will be returned to your account balance.
• The platform is optimised for modern mobile browsers and may not function correctly on outdated operating systems or browsers. Keeping your device software up to date is recommended.

3patti Blue may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via a platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will also be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

• Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
• Minor changes such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing rules or addition of new game-specific rules that do not materially affect member rights may be made without specific notification.
